Alcas’ powder coating facility is unique in terms of length for the construction industries, including terrace and shading systems, awning pergola, and Decking Cladding systems.

Alcas’ electrostatic powder coating line can paint 18,000 tons of aluminum profiles per year. In this line, a brushing process is carried out before passivation to improve surface quality and paint adhesion performance.
