SUBLIMATION
Aluminum profiles are sublimated by our specially designed Italian made sublimation line. We provide high quality wood-like appearance by 20 different timber patterns. Upon request, we offer dozens of different timber patterns for orders over 5 tons.
Durable Aluminum Profiles
Aluminum profiles to be wood-coated are first treated with Class 2 (AAMA 2604) primer in our electrostatic coating facility, then sent to the sublimation line.
High-Performance Sublimation
Profiles are coated using Italy-made Memphis brand wood sublimation rolls, designed to withstand various climate conditions and guaranteed for 10 years.
Vacuum and Oven Process
The sublimation process is completed through high-pressure vacuuming and high-temperature oven curing to ensure durability and adhesion.
Careful Packaging & Stock
After the wood-effect finish, profiles are carefully packaged. Our line maintains 25 different wood patterns in stock and can coat profiles up to 7.5 meters long.
